• **DUE TO THE SUSPENSION OF DE MINIMUS EXEMPTIONS, RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**
• ALL special order (out of stock) suzuki parts returned are subjected to a 15% restocking fee (+ LABEL COST), unless the return is due to our error. 
• Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstances 
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return request need to be within 10 days of receiving the item 
• Orders over $100 without a correct VIN are non-returnable unless through our mistake 
• No returns on damaged/broken items, instead a claim will need to be filed through our package protection program
• Any parts with a broken/torn "NON-RETURNABLE IF OEPNED" seal cannot be returned under any circumstances 
• Shipping costs that have already been used to ship the part are non refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

• A 15% fee will be applied to ALL special order (not in stock) parts that are cancelled after the part has been dispatched to us from suzukis warehouse
• A 15% fee will be applied to ALL backordered parts cancelled, UNLESS it is cancelled while still in backorder status
